By accessing and using ShopTalk BD ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Use of Platform
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
2. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you intend to purchase the items in your cart. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed before orders are dispatched.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. ShopTalk BD is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the courier. Ensure your delivery address is accurate — we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
4. Reseller Program
Our reseller program allows approved partners to purchase products at wholesale rates for resale. Resellers are prohibited from misrepresenting products, setting prices below our minimum advertised price, or engaging in practices that damage the ShopTalk brand. ShopTalk BD reserves the right to terminate reseller accounts for violations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform including text, images, logos, and software is the property of ShopTalk BD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
ShopTalk BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform or products. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
